Description :
Lactated ringer’s and 5% Dextrose Infusion is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution for fluid and electrolyte replenishment and caloric supply in a single dose container for intravenous administration.

Indications :
Dextrolac is indicated as a source of water, electrolyte and calories or as an alkalinizing agent.

Contraindications :
Solution containing dextrose may be contraindicated in patients with known allergy to corn or corn products.

Dosage and administration :

Generally 30-75 drops/min are given or according to physician’s recommendation.

Precaution :
Do not uses if the solution is cloudy contain particles or date expired. Infusion of fluid should be immediately discontinued if rigor arises for any reason during the process.

Presentation : Dextrolac is available in 500ml & 1000ml PVC (medical grade) bag.
